What parking lot striping actually involves
Line striping is the applied layout of a parking area: stall lines, directional arrows, crosswalks, fire lanes, loading zones, accessible stalls with access aisles, and any custom markings a property needs. It is what makes a lot legible, legal, and efficient with space.

Direct Eastern Washington sun fades paint faster than shaded climates, especially on lots that never see shadow. Most Tri-Cities commercial lots benefit from a restripe every 1 to 2 years, and pairing the restripe with the sealcoat cycle gets the best line contrast for the least mobilization cost.

How long does striping take to dry?
Traffic-grade acrylic is typically dry to the touch in under an hour and open to traffic within a few hours, depending on temperature and humidity.
Can you do ADA-compliant accessible stalls?
Yes. We lay out van-accessible stalls, access aisles, blue field and symbol, and coordinate signage placement to federal requirements.
Can you change our parking layout to add stalls?
Often, yes. We measure the lot and look at stall width, angle parking, and drive-aisle requirements to see whether the footprint supports additional spaces.
